Early in my career, I realized the traditional retail model often left customers paying more for lower-quality products and inconsistent service. I built M3 Factory Direct around one idea: exceptional craftsmanship, honest pricing and personal service, by working directly with the customer.
By manufacturing many of our products ourselves, we eliminate the delays and added costs of third-party suppliers. Whether we are working with homeowners, designers or property managers, my team and I manage every stage with care, from the first measurement to the final installation.
